THE PROCESS
What steps do we take with the customer?
1.
In the first contact we discuss the assignment with the customer: You indicate what your wishes are and we indicate which packages match this. We will walk through this step-by-step plan with you and discuss what is expected of both parties. The photos and text are provided by the customer. After the first contact you will receive a quote so that you know where you stand. You will also receive an invoice for the costs to be incurred.
2.
As soon as the order has been issued and the invoice has
been paid, we will reserve the domain name and prepare it
for building the website or – if you already have a domain
name – we move it to our own hosting. In this step you will
receive an extensive website content template form on
which you submit your text. We will guide you step-by-step
through the texts and photos to be supplied. Although the
template comes with extensive instructions, it is of course
always possible to seek advice. We will receive the template returned by you, no later than two weeks. After
receiving the template, we go to the next step.
3.
We start building the website using the template you filled
in. As soon as the first version is finished, you will have the opportunity to make points of review. Here, we will make sure the last things come together nicely.
4.
We deliver your new website. You don’t have to do anything about it anymore…except ensure that customers now know how
to find you on the digital highway! If your wishes change
over time, it is always possible to adjust pages within the
website. You can also purchase a new package or expand
the current package. We are happy to advise you on this.
